What is health and wellness coaching?

A health coach is a person that beliefs in you and your potential. If you can dream it, you can achieve it.

What is it not?

There is a few misconceptions when it comes to health and wellness coaching, this is a list of what it isn't.

Ultimately a coach is there to help you to make the right decisions for yourself and then to support and cheer you on to get there, i.e. someone that can keep you accountable.
