As your coach, we look at individualised nutrition plans that will fit your lifestyle, your personal needs and your personal environment (family and work). Nutrition is not a one size fits all and since you are an individual, so should be your diet.
Physical activity that suits your lifestyle
The focus is on all aspects of you and the coach helps you to investigate if you are truly in balance and content in all aspects (body, mind and spirit).

The aim is to create permanent results that make you feel motivated and happy.

A coach assists you to overcome obstacles and make lifestyle changes.
What is it not?
There is a few misconceptions when it comes to health and wellness coaching, this is a list of what it isn't.
A coach is not a dietician or medical doctor
A coach is not a dietician or medical doctor who will give you an eating plan and leave you to go and follow it, but rather someone who helps you to create your own eating habits and meal plans that suit your lifestyle and health needs.
A coach is also not a trainer
A coach is also not a trainer who will give you exercise plans to execute, but rather someone who helps you to integrate physical activity into your day to day life that you can enjoy and benefit from.
Ultimately a coach is there to help you to make the right decisions for yourself and then to support and cheer you on to get there, i.e. someone that can keep you accountable.
