I joined Johan’s 8-week coaching program with having no energy, being constantly tired and having no motivated to do anything at all. I also did not want a program that will go well for 8 weeks but then it becomes unsustainable like so many eating plans out there. I needed a plan to fit in with my lifestyle and family; where I was not eating separate meals… and that is exactly what Johan provided. I soon had more energy than ever, started to run again, started to lose weight, and overall felt 100 times better than I did when I first signed up. Johan has given me incredible knowledge and understanding and the tools to implement when I feel I might be slacking back into old habits. He was always there to encourage, guide me and nudge me in the right direction when I would venture slightly off the path. The 8 weeks flew past, and I am so fortunate to have had the privilege of having Johan as my coach as he really has made a significant difference to my eating, exercising and lifestyle.

Johan had a massive impact on how I see myself and the tools that I was taught serves as a great foundation in planning your day to day activities. At first I expected this journey to focus mainly on my diet and physical wellness, but instead I learned so much more than that. My top 3 goals when I started with Johan were to improve my self-confidence, my health and well-being and lose some much needed weight. He was able to help me and keep me motivated while working towards my goals, and took into account all my health concerns and provided practical tools that made it easier for me to reach my goals. Regarding my weekend binge-eating habits and chronic IBS, Johan provided advice and support on how to combat and overcome these challenges with practical solutions that were fitted to my needs. He guided and made me aware of my food intake together with a balanced cardio programme. My biggest hurdle to overcome when working with Johan was to avoid over-thinking and to start self-praising more. With his coaching, guidance and support, I am now less stressed and feeling a lot calmer in general. I feel the impact throughout my whole body and mind with a new positive outlook and energy on every aspect of my life. When I heard about this the first time, I thought it’s the perfect time to get some new ideas for healthy eating, just before the Xmas holidays…I did not expect this to change my life the way it did. I am a terribly complex person but quite a strong business woman and Johan managed to help me find a way within this complexity to manage myself and my surroundings, the expectations of others and the excessive burden of those expectations is something that I am now able to approach in a very different way. At first I was hesitant to see Johan, but the first day arriving at his practice he already made me feel comfortable and respected and at ease. Johan supported me from the start and throughout my journey and never gave up on me.
